Enjoy some of the most time-honoured stories from our literary heritage with your children. This unique classics app boasts a great new feature, allowing voice recording and playback so that young children can listen back to the stories as they were read and recorded by adults.

How it works

Tap on the microphone icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu bar. A new recording window will appear. Just tap the record button and beginning reading out loud. To stop the recording simply tap the stop button. A Play button will then appear allowing you to preview the recorded passage. Recorded passages can be edited or deleted. The table of contents keeps track of which chapters contain recorded passages.
